Matthew Barton began his career in the electrical contracting industry in 1989 as an apprentice electrician, employed by RTT Electrical Ltd. He progressed through his apprenticeship achieving passes with distinctions in City & Guilds 236 parts 1,2 & 3 and in June 1990 was awarded ECA Apprentice of the year for the South East of England.
Matthew completed his apprenticeship in March 1994 and quickly progressed in RTT by which time had rebranded as RTT Engineering Services PLC to cater for the recently established mechanical arm.
In 1995 Matthew was site supervisor at Gatwick Airport North & South Terminals where he was responsible for the smooth running of a major refurbishment of the electrical installations in the baggage hall areas.
123696com澳门六尾中特In 1997 Matthew moved to the Maintenance & Special Projects division where he led the growth of the division. RTT Group changed ownership and went into liquidation in March 2006. Following its demise Matthew founded Barton Electrical Services Ltd and quickly grew the company based on a loyal customer base and recommendation.
Stephen has held a number of senior management positions since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. As UK Financial Controller of First Active plc from 1995 to 1997, he was a key member of a team which saw the financial assets double over a two year period through organic growth and acquisition. He was also involved in the sale of the company to Britannic Group plc.

Here his role as Head of Business Planning included the negotiation of financial packages to incentivise and support the expansion of tied agent businesses with the aim of driving divisional growth. Stephen was finance director of Destiny Wireless Limited during a period when the company grew from start up to a Â£5.5m turnover business and was exited in 2017.
Stephen now provides financial consultancy services to a number of start up and growing companies, providing scrutiny and challenge to their business plans and assisting with financing.
David has 40 years’ experience in the electrical services and construction industry.
He established his credentials in the mid 1970’s learning his craft in the NHS and The Post Office telephones (later becoming British Telecom) whilst taking his City and Guilds exams, gaining his part 1, part 2 and “C” course certificates with distinction.
123696com澳门六尾中特Following his career in British Telecom, he started his own business and then subsequently a successful partnership as an electrical contractor, working for small to medium building contractors and his prime client being the University of London.
123696com澳门六尾中特David then set up a small consultancy practice specialising in cost consulting and design elements, where he built a reputation for his professionalism, documentation and accuracy of cost planning, working for several medium sized contracting companies.
123696com澳门六尾中特As a result of that practice’s work, David become recognised with one of his then clients, and from that started an electrical contracting company, which grew over a period of 5 years to a multi-million pound company with 40 + employees and staff.

David bring his skills and experience to the 123696com澳门六尾中特 to help drive growth based on its current loyal customer base, a sound and robust pricing policy, and building on its already solid commercial and capital foundations.
Laurie Turner began his career in the electrical contracting industry in 2001 as an apprentice electrician, employed by Multiservice Management Ltd and then continued his apprenticeship with Winters Electrical.
He progressed through his apprenticeship achieving passes with distinctions in City & Guilds NVQ level 3.
Laurie completed his advanced apprenticeship in 2005 and quickly progressed in Winters.
In 2006 Laurie was site Forman at Queen’s College in Harley St where he was responsible for the smooth running of a major refurbishment of the electrical installations throughout the school including new stage area with theatrical lighting.
